Aient is an AI SRE. It detects problems from your OpenTelemetry telemetry, root-causes them against your actual source code, opens a reviewed GitHub pull request with the fix, and after you merge, verifies in production that the problem is resolved — reopening it if it regresses.

Aient starts at EUR 99/month plus metered AI usage, with no per-seat, telemetry-volume, or repository fees. Create an account, choose a plan, and add a credit card. Evaluate Aient with up to EUR 15 of AI work before billing starts. Cancel before usage passes EUR 15 and pay EUR 0. If usage passes EUR 15, your selected subscription starts and all AI usage from the beginning, including the first EUR 15, is billable. Usage is invoiced whenever it reaches EUR 50, otherwise monthly. You set a budget and Aient never exceeds it.

Aient detects broadly — crashes, error spikes, and latency or availability anomalies — and auto-drafts fixes for the code-level subset: exceptions and crashes that resolve to a stack frame in a repository it can read. Infrastructure, config, capacity, data, and upstream-vendor causes are detected and routed to your team with full context rather than auto-fixed.

Each customer runs in a single-tenant sandbox. Your telemetry is stored in our EU infrastructure (EU-region Supabase and object storage); only the remediation step uses an external sandbox and LLMs, under standard contractual clauses.
