What is Aient?

Aient is an AI SRE. It detects problems from your OpenTelemetry telemetry, root-causes them against your actual source code, opens a reviewed GitHub pull request with the fix, and after you merge, verifies in production that the problem is resolved — reopening it if it regresses.

What does it cost?

A flat $99/month base plus usage for the AI work — no per-seat fees, no per-gigabyte telemetry tax, no per-repo limits. You set a budget and Aient never exceeds it, with live spend tracking and notifications at your threshold.

What problems can Aient fix?

Aient detects broadly — crashes, error spikes, and latency or availability anomalies — and auto-drafts fixes for the code-level subset: exceptions and crashes that resolve to a stack frame in a repository it can read. Infrastructure, config, capacity, data, and upstream-vendor causes are detected and routed to your team with full context rather than auto-fixed.

Do I review the fix before it ships?

Yes. Aient is human-in-the-loop by default — it opens a pull request and the merge button is yours. You review every fix before it reaches production.

Where does my code go, and is my data safe?

Each customer runs in a single-tenant sandbox. Your telemetry is stored in our EU infrastructure (Hetzner-hosted ClickHouse and object storage, Supabase EU); only the remediation step uses an external sandbox and LLMs, under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data and never share it with model providers for their training.

Do I need to know OpenTelemetry?

No. Aient ships one-click OpenTelemetry instrumentation for both server and browser, so you don't need prior OTel knowledge to get started.

What does Aient integrate with?
