Dashboard
Production reliability usually lives across too many tools at once: errors in Sentry, alerts in PagerDuty, discussion in Slack threads, tickets in Linear, fixes in GitHub. Reconstructing the full picture of a single incident means crossing four systems and hoping nothing got lost.
Aient's dashboard is where everything converges. Every detected problem, its AI triage result, the remediation thread, status history, and the people involved — in one place, with a consistent lifecycle.

How it works
Filterable by status, severity, service, and category. Sorted by impact score by default. The view you open when you want to know what's on fire.
Full stacktrace with source context, affected users and sessions, occurrence timeline, AI triage output, and all linked actions. Everything you need to understand a problem without opening another tool.
Every problem moves through a defined set of states: new → triaging → triaged → acknowledged → investigating → PR proposed → verifying → resolved. Or muted, if it's not worth fixing. The current state is always unambiguous.
Each problem has a persistent thread where you can ask follow-up questions, request deeper analysis, or discuss with the agent. The conversation is shared with your whole team.
Disagree with the AI's severity or priority call? Override it. That feedback is recorded and improves future triage for your organisation.
Bulk mute, acknowledge, or re-triage multiple problems at once. Useful after a deploy that generates a flood of known non-issues.
Why it matters
"Is this being worked on?" is one of the most expensive questions in incident response. When the answer requires checking three Slack threads and a Linear board, it takes time and creates uncertainty. When it's a status field on a shared dashboard, it doesn't.
For engineering leads, the dashboard is a real-time view of reliability health — not a report that arrives after the fact. For individual engineers, it's the place to go when you want to understand a problem without briefs or handovers.
